1. Who is the controller
The controller of the Candarra website and game is its operator. This site has no accounts, forms or payments — the game runs locally in your browser.
2. What data we process
The core function of the site (and the game) needs no personal data from you. We do not create accounts and require no registration. The only information that may reach our analytics tools is described below.
3. Cookies and Google Tag Manager
We use Google Tag Manager (GTM, container GTM-M29V2FNT) to manage traffic measurement. GTM loads only after you give explicit consent — until you click "Accept" on the consent banner, our site loads no analytics scripts and sets no analytics cookies.
Your choice is stored locally in your browser (localStorage, key spicy-party-consent). It is not sent to our servers.
Google Tag Manager itself may set cookies required for its operation and may pass data to Google in line with Google's privacy policy. Depending on the container configuration, Google may measure your activity (anonymised usage statistics).
4. Google Analytics (if enabled)
In the future, statistics may be served by Google Analytics 4, configured through the GTM console. This applies only to users who have given consent. If you do not consent, it does not apply.
5. Withdrawing consent and your rights
You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing site data (localStorage) in your browser settings. You can also block analytics cookies directly in your browser. Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data.
